Please join us in cheering on our students on the 1st day of school.
We are inviting families at 7:30 am on August 28th to welcome our students to school and help us kick off a new academic year. (Park in main lot and walk around to the rear of the building.) We hope to see you all there!
For drop-off on WED AUG 28 only... 5th & 6th grade parents dropping off may drive around to the circle on the far side of the CAIS side parking lot. All students will be entering through the doors at the back of the building where busses drop off. Cars may not enter the bus driveway and may not park in the CAIS lot.

Members of the Bloomfield Public Schools Science of Reading Master Class team stepped up to the plate to present their work to the Board of Education Curriculum Committee. The team will be presenting to the Connecticut State Department of Education next month on their work.

CAIS FAMILY MEETING TONIGHT 5:30 pm! Adults and Children should wear sneakers and get ready to play a new game combining basketball and kickball! All who show up are expected to participate as we are doing adults vs. kids! Get ready for the fun!

Dear Parent/Guardian:
Connecticut state law requires that all students have a complete health assessment during the 6th grade year. The state of Connecticut requires TDap and Meningococcal vaccines be given during 6th grade and these are required to enter 7th grade.
If you received a letter in the regular mail from our health office it indicates that your child does not have a health form in the nurse's office that covers these requirements. If you are unsure, please call our health department at (860) 286-2638 to speak to either Nurse Bowman or Nurse Darius.
